Algunos post atrás en este blog, había hecho un “reblog” de lo que es la «Vonlenska»: es un lenguaje sin sentido, es decir, sólo son sílabas pronunciadas sin estructura o significado alguno. La misma banda la definde como  «una forma de jerigonza que se ajusta a la música». En el álbum () de Sigur Rós, se incluyen ocho pistas llamadas «Untitled», a las cuales el escucha puede darles su propia interpretación de la letra y título, para luego escribirlo en las páginas en blanco del librito que viene con el disco. Volenska [De Von (esperanza) y –enska (terminación común para los lenguajes en el idioma islandés)] también es conocido como Hopelandic y si lo traducimos al español, tendríamos algo así como «Lenguaje de esperanza» o (si nos vamos a los extremos), pongámosle «Esperanzandés».

Jónsi calls Hopelandic ‘Vonlenska’.
‘Hopelandic’ is a play on ‘Icelandic’ (‘íslenska’),
but most languages in Icelandic end with ‘-enska’.
Therefore, ‘Vonlenska’ could easily
translate to ‘Hopeish’ or ‘Hopean’ etc.

Bien, este es el «Untitled 6 (E-Bow)» del disco () de Sigur Rós. La canción es hermosa y he hecho mi propia interpretación de ella. La he renombrado «Leap of Faith»
